Welp, the Metropolitan Board of Indianapolis Realtors (MIBOR) just released the latest housing market statistics, and here's where we are:
The. Exact. Same. Place. As. Last. Year.
No joke.

Note that Median sales price has actually increased 5% from this time last year; days on market have risen by one day (only one freakin' day!), and percentage of list received has "dropped" only by .04%.
This...this ain't no market crash like they were talking about last year. Both new listings and active inventory are both down, as well.
We are seeing the law of supply and demand play out right before our eyes.
This is what I want you to take away from this blog post:
Hold onto your equity. There is no crash, at least not here in Indianapolis or any of it's surrounding 16-county, 113 township area.
