July is finally here and guess what?
A little maintenance now will prevent a ton of issues later.
Check out our handy-dandy list:
✔ Clean sump pump & check drainage speed.
✔ Check foundation walls, floors, concrete & masonry for cracking, heaving or deterioration.
✔ Inspect roof surface including shingles, flashing, eaves, & soffits; repair if necessary.
✔ Check chimney exterior for deteriorated bricks.
✔ Service garbage disposal by grinding a few ice cubes.
✔ Replace or clean furnace filter.
✔ Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
Remember, summer is a fantastic time to check your home's exterior.
