And...SOLD!
When this all-brick 3BDRM/2BA ranch on a half-acre in New Palestine hit the market, we thought we should go see it.
So did the entirety of the Indianapolis Metro area, apparently.
When we pulled up, there were at least 50 parties touring the property with no end in sight.
My clients and I discussed strategy and approach.
Should we go in hot and heavy, or wait a little?
Then, we realized it's Spring 2022, and demand is higher than it's ever been in the Indy Metro, ever.
Then, we realized the last offer we submitted was sight-unseen, $10k over list and we STILL didn't get it, because there were 44 other offers.
Then, we realized that time was a-wastin' and it was time to get a-writin' a purchase agreement.
So we went for it...
...AND WE GOT IT!!
Thirty some days later, we were all together around the closing table in a room FULL of love, light, laughter and appreciation.
