One of my favorite homes EVER, particularly because the sellers brought the original abstract of title to the closing.
You know the one from when the home was built in 1900, that details ALL the owners in the 121 years since the house has been standing.
Yeah, that one.
I nearly fainted. The first page was hand-written and recorded in fountain pen and ink!
Can you imagine?! My hands were shaking so bad that I was afraid to drop it, and handed it back to my very lucky buyers.
