When this 2BDRM/1BA Broad Ripple immaculately-maintained bungalow hit the market, we were happy but also curious about how this was going to go.
Would the new buyer notice the gleaming hardwood floors? The charm of the cozy kitchen? The fully fenced and bumble-bee-friendly clover backyard?
Would they love the house as much as the previous owners did?
Turns out, the answer was YES!
That was one fantastic closing, with smiles on all sides!
