We had planned an open house on Sunday for this fantastic 5BDRM/4.5BA fabulously-appointed home in fortuitous Fortville.
We had printed flyers.
Yeah, that's me printing them. Totally.
We had made cinnamon rolls (we bake 'em in the actual house right before people arrive).
Also me. Probably.
We had a coffee percolator ready to perk.
Who doesn't love coffee and cinnamon rolls? No one, that's who!
And then...BOOM!
Some lucky buyers toured the property on Friday and we were under contract by Saturday!
Can't hold an open house if the home is already sold!
Looking forward to driving this deal to the closing table.
