Miriam always comes through! She is also very quick and diligent about making sure you are staying on top of everything so you can get what you want and close on time. She is also willing to look at and interpret tough documents and make it easier for us (the buyers) to understand. We've bought 2 houses with her over the years and both places have been wonderful.
